Playing around more with EX-Annai today apparently.
While stages do not correlate to power level, being a standard boss then coming back at a later point as an extra boss feels like it needs some flashy show. Sure Annai’s attacks are already pretty flashy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eX_RMMfBb4c) but I think it would just be cooler to be even flashier.
