Couldn’t think of much for “Touch” but then I remember a certain tiger helped a tanuki with a few precise points of contact, I’ve also put the source minific for this by Selryu under the cut
Bar Games
There was a lot more excitement in the bar than usual. There was a tiger up front, standing on the bartender’s side and taking on challengers. It was an interesting idea. Anyone who could approach the tiger and resist his hypnosis would win the whole place a free round of drinks. If you lose, though, you have to stand with the rest of the hypnotized blokes until closing time. Currently, there was a dragon, a bull, and a tiger lined up next to the bartender, who the tiger had apparently hypnotized to even enable this sudden turn of events to happen. They all stood side by side, shoulder to shoulder, expressions vacant and waiting for instructions.
It’d certainly drummed up a lot of business. Several people surrounded the small space, encouraging each other to go up and give it their best shot. Marcus thought it was all fake, and expressed as such to his bar mates. “This is all bullshit. They’re all in this for the attention.” Despite saying this, no one approached. The tanuki’s friend decided to call him out on his friend’s bravado. “If you think so, then why don’t you go up and prove them wrong?” His other friends agreed, clapping the big, round tanuki on the shoulder and ushering him forward. He rolled his eyes. “Fine, I’ll get you all a free round of drinks. My tab could use a little help anyway.” He grinned stepped forward and seating himself in front of the tiger. “Well, here I am. Give it your best shot.”
The tiger grinned. He was patiently waiting for a while, so he had the bartender make him a drink in his hypnotized stupor. “Excellent. Glad to have another volunteer. Especially one with such gusto.” The tiger leaned forward, his eyes settling on the tanuki’s own. They seemed fairly normal, except for their color. A solid amethyst, that seem to gently glow in the dim lights of the bar. “For now, just start by looking into my eyes.”
Marcus scoffed. “Yea, I’m getting very, very sleepy.” He said, jokingly, rolling his eyes before allowing them to settle onto the tiger’s own. There was nothing special about them.
The tiger continued, his voice getting deeper. His eyes seemed to change, too. They shifted, the black sclera of his eyes spilling into the amethyst of his pupils. It was such a strange and bizarre thing for them to do. “Soon.” The tiger said in response, reaching forward to grab the tanuki’s wrist, giving it a soft squeeze. “Forget about your expectations about what’s going to happen. For now, you’re going to listen. You’re going to relax. You’re going to stare. Content to just silently look into these eyes of mine, letting everything else fade into the background as your focus settles on me, and only me.” The tiger’s hand rubbed along the tanuki’s arm, before patting into that shoulder gently.
“Allow yourself to believe there’s nobody here but you and me. The sound of the audience fading into the background. Your eyes accepting that only my eyes are here for you to see.” His eyes shifted even more, the amethyst and black colors spinning into each other and forming twin spirals. “You feel that you can’t look away anymore. It’s easy to acknowledge as such, because even if you try, your eyes are locked into mine.”
Marcus was confused. He could look away if he wanted to. He didn’t realize his expression had already softened, his eyes drawn into the tiger’s own. He wanted to proclaim that he could look away, but he just quietly listened.
“And now that you know that you can’t look away, and that you’re completely transfixed by my gaze, you do realize it now. You are getting very, very sleepy.” The tiger’s hand wandered over the tanuki’s round, firm belly.
“Yes…Sleepy…” Marcus responded, his jaw loosening, eyes widening as the tiger’s amethyst eyes draw him in even further.
“And now you realize that you do want to sleep. You want to continue sinking into these eyes of mine. Listening, relaxing, obeying. Submitting. That’s why, you’re going to stand up, and stand with the rest of these lovely gentlemen who are coming home with me tonight for even more of my eyes, aren’t you.”
The tanuki nodded, absent-mindedly standing up, and moving his way behind the bar. He stood next to the dragon, then faced the audience, his eyes full of amethyst and black spirals.
The audience groaned, losing another chance at free booze.
