The Extra-universal Magician – Darthianal Occassus

It may seem surprising given the fact I’m writing this in an archive that sits under a gigantic multidimensional rift that more than likely leaks into other universes, but Darthanial was the first such creature to have come through The Rift from a universe that wasn’t our own[2].
He seems to be his universe’s alternate of The Riftmaker but lacks any of DarkOverord’s dimensional abilities. To further separate the two, he’s wingless and focuses on arcane magic.
The Destructive Rift
Darthanial came from a universe where the Rift was causing what was essentially an untimely demise of this home. He was foolish enough to cross into the rift, made his way to the heart of the rift[3] and attempt to seal it, which would’ve not only likely been catastrophic for his universe, but likely any The Rift actually had leaked into. Including our own.
It was such an event that DarkOverord himself decided to take matters into his own hands, delving deep down to confront Darthanial himself. He managed to stop the magician and sent him packing, with the promise he would stop the rift. In reality he didn’t stop The Rift at all, merely stabilising what part of it had leaked into Darthanial’s world.
The Stable Rift
Some days later, Darthanial showed up again, flying over the local forest in an almost frantic and curious fashion. The Riftmaker again took it upon himself to deal with him, only to find Darthanial not only didn’t know who he was, where he was, or anything that had happened days ago. As it turned out, DarkOverord’s actions in stabilising The Rift had not only saved Darthanial’s world, but also the events that caused him to cross over to ours had been completely erased.
Where there was once a bitter dragon days ago, was replaced with ecstatic and genuinely curious one. They once again fought a spell card duel high in the sky, this time on friendly terms, and with seemingly a lot more fire power on Darthanial’s part[4].
Eyewittnesses

To be fair, crossing over from another universe into ours probably is.

Countermeasures
Given what little we know of Darthanial himself, especially given both encounters with him are completely different, we can only go with the usual message. Be polite and do not anger him, he is still a dragon.
He also seems to be more than happy to partake in spell card duals, so perhaps you should offer that if you want to see his skills in action.
