Merry holidays, I’ve got fangs still. Maybe with a little, encouragement?
Fun character fact: Simon’s birthday has always been Christmas Day, or if I eventually decide if in OC canon that isn’t applicable it’ll be the Winter Solstice. Simon, and its twin, do have a smidge of resentment for effectively having the “forgotten family birthday”. Maybe since turning Simon doesn’t care, or can make people properly say happy birthday.
(Anyway my birthday is in summer just to clarify that XD)

Hi my brain got taken over by YT recommending ANTIVILLAIN by ivycomb & Stephanafro and kind of was perfect for the “2023 vs 2024” energy thing I was doing. Granted I have something specific I wanna do for that but OOPS
What would Simon think of their future self? What would the vampire think of its past self? I think this would be pretty accurate if somehow that interaction came to pass

So given some changes that happened after I got bitten by a vampire just before new years and the fact that it caused Identity™ to happen to me, I broke that promise I made to myself at the end of 2023 to not do any references in 2024. OOPS. Granted this one didn’t take as long as DarkOverord’s reference, just two months between poking commissions and other things, though I’d have gotten it sooner if I didn’t go “mmm bat too :)”
So there we have it, it’s now Super Official that I’m a very sharp fangy creature! As if the fact that I hadn’t dropped this after almost four months didn’t make that incredibly obvious…

DarkOverord Occassus – 2023 Reference

So DO’s old reference is from 2018. My artistic ability has improved, and also I Gender’d (well technically, I ungender’d) so here we are, new reference.
That I’ve been trying to do since March. I may or may not have mentioned that the Ferris reference was meant to be DO’s so… we’re here finally.
I don’t plan on doing another reference for a while now but I’m glad it’s done, it needed that update.
